The standards set by manufacturers to repair and assemble todays highly sophisticated fuel systems, requires that they can only be operated on in a clean room conforming to strict OE requirements. McKenzies have created such a clean room within our pump room which conforms to all the highest standards and has been approved by the manufacturers representatives.

  • Pressurized to 30 Pascal to maintain a positive charge and prevent dust from entering and settling.
  • Temperature controlled at 19°C to control humidity levels.
  • Restricted access.
  • Less than 1000 dust particles per inch2. (Particle size 0.5 of a micron)
